REVEALED: The Unvarnished TRUTH About What It Means To Be A Successful Woman In 2020
Over the course of the last 20 years as a Transformational Coach, I have had the privilege to work with some of the most amazing women from all corners of the Globe.
  
One of the things that has always inspired me about the wonderful women who have sought my help, is their determination to overcome huge challenges in their lives so that they can be free to live a life fuelled by purpose, meaning and fulfilment and quite literally, have it all!

While we’ve all had quite different and varied journeys, I am sure you will agree that most of us desire to manifest a life that is filled with peace, joy and love in all areas.

Throughout our lives as we experience the challenges that seem to occur at the most inopportune moment, we can often find ourselves wondering:

Why am I here?

What is my purpose?

How can I make positive changes?
What do I need to do to break free of my current monotonous, draining and unfulfilling life? 

Then we end up carrying on with our day, getting trapped in the busyness of it all until maybe a few weeks, months or years later when we find ourselves pondering these questions yet again...

Thankfully, at some point, we wake up.

We stop wondering, stop pondering and stop wishing for a different life and take the first step in actually making it happen.

Just like you, “Rebecca” woke up.

Rebecca is a highly driven, extremely motivated and exceptionally dedicated professional woman, running a well known hugely successful company.

Unfortunately, like many of us, while experiencing phenomenal success in her career, her emotional and mental health took its toll…

At the time of reaching out, Rebecca was experiencing high levels of stress, intense burnout and found herself questioning whether what she was doing was something that she really wanted anymore.

After all, she was meant to be strong, manage to keep it all together and not complain, wasn’t she?

She had spent the last 20 years dedicating her life to her work and family and now for the first time in as far back as she could remember, she had the freedom to do whatever she wanted.
  
Her kids had grown up and left the nest and she was no longer needed for constant taxi runs, to help with homework, cook or run errands. However, instead of feeling excited, exhilarated and empowered at her new found freedom, she just seemed to feel confused, doubtful and uninspired...

Her work left her feeling stressed, overwhelmed and overworked on a daily basis.

She felt like she didn’t know what her purpose was anymore.

Life seemed to feel empty, meaningless and monotonous all of a sudden and she didn’t really know why.

She wondered whether she could be having a mid life crisis?

She rarely ever allowed herself the time to treat herself as a priority and ensure that her own needs were taken care of.

Even though she loved taking relaxing walks in nature to recharge her energy, she couldn’t remember the last time she had taken the time to do this.

She wanted to focus on her health and well being but even though she had bought a gym membership at the beginning of the year, it was now May and she still hadn’t started.

She felt that it was a sign of weakness and vulnerability to focus her attention away from business matters.

There was pressure from friends, family and society in general to work hard, have it all and be successful.

Free time was considered to be a luxury and there seemed to be a constant competition as to who could achieve the most in their daily lives.

Rebecca felt like she couldn’t keep up anymore and didn’t even want to but this fact also made her feel like a bit of a failure.

After all, she was meant to be strong, manage to keep it all together and not complain wasn’t she?

Rebecca really wanted to make changes in the way that she dealt with her business life, so that her life could have some meaning again.

On the outside, everything looked great but on the inside she knew that she needed to say goodbye to old habits that were preventing her from manifesting more of her goals, so that she could experience more success and fulfilment in her working environment.

She had a burning desire to feel more empowered and firmly in the driving seat of her own life, instead of feeling controlled by her old beliefs and self-sabotaging habits that just seemed to keep her running around in circles.

She wanted to regain her confidence and sense of self-worth which had somehow been lost, along with her identity of who she really was.

Her biggest problem which was stopping her from moving forwards, was that she just didn’t feel at all comfortable with allowing herself to focus on what she really wanted, or even really know what that was.

She was so busy running her own company and making sure that everything worked smoothly and efficiently, that there was simply no time left for anything else.

Even on the odd occasion when there was, she just felt too guilty and self-indulgent to enjoy it properly.

She felt trapped in a perpetual cycle that never seemed to change and which she couldn’t see a way out of.

Even though she desperately wanted to make changes, she wasn’t clear on what she really wanted from her life, let alone how to start to go about manifesting it.

Everything seemed to have ground to a halt.

She found it hard to get out of bed in the morning and her weekends were spent recovering from an exhausting week, so that she could find the energy to do it all over again on Monday morning.

She felt like she was firmly stuck at what seemed to be a gigantic “road-block.”

One morning, Rebecca woke up and decided that enough was enough!

All she wanted to do was to crawl back under the covers and sleep until the weekend.

She knew she couldn’t go on like this and that something simply had to change.

It was time to stop and take some time out to refocus and gain some clarity in her life, so that she could start to manifest a lot more of what she DID want and less of what she didn’t.

She called work and told them that she needed some time off.

As she stopped and looked a bit deeper at her life, talked to friends who were in a similar situation and reflected during peaceful walks and quiet meditations, she started to realise that this time was in fact, an important crossroads and not a road-block after all.

Running a successful company just didn’t give her the internal success that everyone said it would anymore.

She had to do something different.

Based on her past 45 years, she knew that if she didn’t start to make changes now, she would probably continue to repeat the same cycle for the rest of her life and never end up successfully managing to break it.

The thing that woke her up was being faced with the realisation that this could end up being her forever life and not merely a stop gap

After trying and failing countless times in the past to successfully change for the long term by taking various courses and workshops, listening to motivational podcasts and reading self help books which gave small snippets of information but never really provided her with a structured plan to follow, she knew that she needed to find something that would take her from start to finish.

 
“Rebecca” decided to sign up to the “ New Beginnings 45 Day Mind Reset Programme”

Step 1. Firstly, she made a commitment to find time in her day to prioritise herself.

She started saying ”No” to things she would have previously said “Yes” and cut out dead space in her day because she realised that it was time for her to take inspired action.

Step 2. Secondly, she created a safe space in her home and took the time she needed to gain crystal clear clarity on her future goals, so that she could stop going around in circles, sabotaging her success and ending up back in the same place yet again.

Step 3. Thirdly, she took daily, inspired action day after day for 5-10 minutes over the next 45 days, so that she could confidently manifest her goals and desires.

Next, she read and implemented the daily inspirational intentions that flowed into her inbox.

She watched the videos and utilised the easy to follow worksheets and course books which started to bring her rapid results in less than 7 days.

However, as always, life had a few curve balls to throw...

She found any time she set down to take action, her mind would be constantly distracting her. 

It was as though, the minute she sat down, it started the non-stop barrage of negative, harmful and self-loathing chatter…

She’d take a step forward and run into objection after objection about why what she was doing was a waste of time, how it’s never going to work and how she’d failed before so why even bother this time?

“What do you think you are doing?” it muttered angrily.

 “You should be working hard, not wasting your time with something that probably won’t work anyway.”

“Why aren’t you doing something more useful and productive?”

Her annoying inner voice just wouldn’t seem to be quiet and kept on telling her that she wasn’t good enough and that she didn’t deserve to take time out.

Every time she sat down to meditate or just relax, she heard her inner voice saying that she was wasting time and should be doing something else.

It was as though she was battling with herself on a daily basis.

One side of herself could see a bright, exciting and fulfilling future and the other half was trying to grip on tightly and hold her back from moving forwards.

What made it worse, was that other people started telling her the same thing and she began to find herself being filled with self-doubt…

She started to lose her motivation and enthusiasm.

The thought of taking any action just made her procrastinate even more.

She desperately needed someone who was fighting in her corner, rather than fighting against her and putting up doubts and barriers to her achieving her success.

She needed an accountability partner who could offer support and advice and help her to measure her progress and give her the occasional “kick up the butt!”

Someone who would understand the challenges she was facing and help her to find a way to navigate through them.

Rebecca picked up the phone and contacted one of her friends who she knew would always tell her the truth.

She asked her to be an accountability partner and said that she would check in with her on a daily basis so that she could track her progress and help to make her manifesting more effective

At the end of the programme, “Rebecca” was able to deal with challenges in both her personal and professional life in a much more calm and positive manner.

She was able to not only keep her business but start to enjoy it again. 

By setting up more boundaries at work, she began to experience a more balanced work/life ratio and new and exciting opportunities started to manifest more easily and effortlessly in both her professional and personal life.

As she gained more fulfilment in her working life, she also found that this expanded into all areas of her life and she felt it was easier to relax, let go and enjoy life more.

She began to have a sense of feeling more empowered and confident, with a new sense of self worth.

Finally, she felt like she was the one who was in control of her own life instead of feeling like someone else was running the show without her permission or direction.

None of this would have been possible if she hadn’t first discovered what she wanted to do or who she wanted to be.

Having crystal clear clarity on the things you desire is always the first step in making long term changes in your life.

Trying to skip ahead to the action parts will just leave you feeling trapped in an endless cycle of starting, stopping and then starting again, forever wondering if you are destined for an empty, boring and monotonous existence.

Why am I here?

What is my purpose?

How can I make positive changes?

What do I need to do to break free of my current monotonous, draining and unfulfilling life?
